4.3. Any Account found to have been created by or on behalf of a person under 21 years of age will be immediately closed. Any funds in such an Account will be refunded to the depositing payment method, net of any bets already settled. All winnings generated by an underage account are void.
5.1. The Player is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials, including username and password. taya00 recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for additional account security.
5.2. The Player agrees not to share their Account credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through a Player's Account — whether or not authorized — is the sole responsibility of the Account holder.
5.3. The Player must notify taya00 immediately upon discovering or suspecting unauthorized access to their Account. taya00 will take reasonable steps to investigate and, where appropriate, secure the Account, but accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorized access due to the Player's failure to maintain credential security.

6.1. All financial transactions on taya00 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). taya00 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies directly; any currency conversion is the responsibility and cost of the Player's financial institution.
6.2. taya00 accepts deposits via approved payment methods including GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, UnionBank, Metrobank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph. Available methods may change over time; current methods are displayed in the Cashier section.

12.1. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, taya00 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the Player's use of or inability to access the Platform.
12.2. taya00's total liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising from or related to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
12.3. taya00 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Players access and use the Platform at their own risk and are responsible for ensuring their device and connection are adequately protected.
13.1. taya00 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Player Account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, regulatory requirements, or Player request.
13.2. Upon Account termination for cause, taya00 may, at its sole discretion, withhold any funds pending investigation. Where no breach is found, remaining real-money balances will be refunded to the Player's verified withdrawal method. Bonus funds will be forfeited upon Account closure in all cases.
13.3. A Player may request Account closure at any time by contacting taya00 customer support via live chat. Closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days.
14.1. taya00 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments will be effective upon posting to the Platform or upon notification to the Player's registered email address, whichever is earlier.
